Temperature Control

It's getting cold out!!! Fermenting beer does not like that! Optimal fermentation temperature for the yeast that I am using is 68-76 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't think it has or will reach 65 in a week's time. Soooo, Mr. Beer got a little blanky. An electric blanky to be exact. It has an 8 hour timer and several settings. It will do for now. Once I have a bit more time, I plan to make a temperature control system with a digital thermostat and heating element. Stay tuned.
