Just before heading off to New Jersey for Nick and Chrissie's wedding, the first batch of beer was ready. Although, I waited until we got back to taste it. Which was a good thing. Nick generously gave me a set of beer glasses as a gift for being in his wedding. How wonderful! The beer tasted wonderful and looked great in the brand new glass. The writing on the glass is a nerd thing, so don't worry if you don't understand it. You probably get the point though.
Like having a new born child, this too is a wonderful thing. (hmmm, I wonder if Michelle will see that same analogy). Anyway, slightly less than half of this brew is left, a dark wheat beer is currently conditioning, and an oatmeal stout will be started soon!
